The truth on belief,,,Rebbeca Costa
When the complexity of the problems humans must solve exceeds the capability of our brains, we turn to beliefs.

Not what I thought it
The human brain in a mystery to me.
So very powerful when focused.
So amusing when not.
So dangerous when lead astray
So weak without council
The line between hero and fool
Is a very thin one.

My phone is ringing
06:15
I have no place to be today, my cellphone is ringing.
Who could be calling at this time? only one person, Me
Trying to make life more productive the alarm was set last week.
Get out of bed, face the day make something out of yourself.
The alarm stops, the room is cool, the bed is warm.
It is only me calling, let it go to voice mail.
06:30
Who in the hell is calling back now?
Didn't I just call?
What makes me think I answer this time?
Its just the phone alarm, the bed is warm
07:30 Ring Ring
Damn it leave me alone can't you see I am tired?.
I just need to rest. no one needs to be taken anywhere.
I will smash that phone .....
Which is why its on the table across the room
09:30
Get out of bed and take me to the toilet.
Who are you? their are no little ones here
Now Mister, or you will lie in your urine
09:35
Bladder the can not be ignored,
no matter how cold the floor.

What Wind?
The Wyoming phrase of shared suffering.
You don't even acknowledge it, walking across the bank parking lot. A 35 mph wind is a gentle breeze here. You smile and hold the door for the newcomer. A little flustered, trying hard to hold on to her papers She says "Wow what a wind". There is only one thing that you can say..... What wind?
There is nothing that can done about the wind here on the high prairie. It is the price of living here, dry skin and chapped lips, hair always a mess. This is Wyoming there is no place like it on Earth.
Except maybe outer Mongolian in the spring?
